Do I need to switch to Arms to avoid losing ~0.2 item levels? Or is the off-hand not calculated in the average item level for Fury when it comes to achievements?

Most addons I’ve tested (like o iLvl and BetterCharacterPanel) seem to use both weapons (main-hand and off-hand) for their item level calculations, but none of them seem to show the correct number for Fury.

But the native item level which is rounded to whole numbers does not change if have a offhand equipped or way lower ilvl, only the addons get affected by it.
