Your performance is heavily set by the groups. Others have prob mentioned what you can do to lessen that impact. Just don't feel you are failing, if you already doing your best to

Powerful is slower, and if it sims better, you can very likely equip more haste to pus frenzied ahead for the same result

You need to bladestorm or use BT to get overwhelming stacks out, so you can get the reap engine going

simming on raidbots (5 bosses / 40 secs) and it tells me to drop sac / arcano for Pace / Idol on trash pulls (600k dps increase) for M+ , running 15's currently on my Warrior.
I understand this as they are a bigger gain on trash packs but a few well known streamers have stated they sim ST and adjust their build accordingly, what would they be adjusting
They've also advised to keep keep SAC / Arcano
The sim itself takes me to these stats, worried slightly the haste dropping so low as seeing everyone else has their haste in the 30% + range.

Try simming other rings like Radiant Necromancer or High Nerubian and False Accuser
Those are Priory, Dawnbreaker and HoA rings
HoA ring has similar stat distribution to Jastor without the effect
Priory and Dawnbreaker rings have vers/mas

I don't think it needs to completely go away, but I think some of the bonuses could be tied to sudden death procs (to also give multi target value) instead of ONLY the marked target.

I’m having a hard time hitting the peak numbers I see some doing in keys (11-13 range). Highest I can usually get on a big pull with lust is around 18M. I feel like I do decent overall for most dungeon runs (6.5-7.1 overall)

Torkal's spell reflect weak aura has been updated for Season 2 after correcting an instance ID issue. Only tested in one dungeon so far, but everything appears to be working properly and back on easy mode again!
- I personally wouldn’t recommend the extra voice pack though, just use the defaults.

The big thing is the new 4-piece will make Raging Blow consistently proc Reap the Storm from the Slayer tree. Keep up enrage, keep up whirlwind stacks when there’s more than 1 target, and spam Raging Blow. That and just follow the sudden death conditions WA.
