check the wowhead priority list to get a solid foundation of what to press at what point. To improve even more, i highly recommend watching POV videos of good fury warriors and I also recommend going into highly ranked logs and then clicking on Casts and then on Timeline so you can see things like how they do their opener, when they use cooldowns, etc. You can also look at the Replay part of logs in order to check their positioning. Some people don't optimize uptime on the boss in raid for example, the replay tool will help you find uptime optimizations.

Furthermore, you can always watch commentary videos, like critcake does sometimes. The video makers tend to go into detail about a lot of stuff

generally the only way you can control stats is with crafted pieces, so you just load up every iteration of stat combos on those crafted pieces and find out what works our best, can also intuit it from whichever gems/enchants the sims prefer

not a very good delve day today (on eu at least, idk if na/eu have diff delves), the fastest is the one in karesh

fury is pretty good at delves but t11s will be rippy at low ilvl but i think you can spec prot and do a t11 comfortably from a really low ilvl tbh
