This is a very disturbing question. The short answer is yes.
The long answer is. BS puts a dmg amp debuff on the mobs. Therefore using it at the end of their life is dumb if youre about to pull a new pack...the idea is to use rotation to aquire more BS.

I’ve never touched spell queue and play on multiple different computers/laptops. I believe it’s not worth messing with. Rather just change your graphics settings/look into possible add ons interfering with performance. Even playing fire mage with like with an insane 50% haste after pi, I dunno. Holding BS on boss to use on add spawns is probably important for add dam (and thus getting a good parse) but it'll int your boss dam a bit
