Depends on what you are simming for. Quicksim ? Sure you can to see high numbers. Topgear ? Never, because you kill the value of haste on your gear with unrealistic 75% BL uptime.

If you feel, that you got to much haste, make some sims for statwaight. And compare the Numbers, like 1 min BL, 1 min without BL, 5min BL, 5min without BL. That you can See where your haste is.

it doesn't make a big difference, you're not looking at the actual number, you're just looking at how the gear changes

the number itself is irrelevant outside of comparing against how different gear/talents make a difference, can't really tell how much you're "supposed" to do because it's way too irregular how big the packs are or how long they live

if you do a st sim and then an aoe sim and notice the gear is vastly different, you'll look at how big that difference is and make a choice between what you need more of, like "oh with this setup I lose x% st and gain y% aoe". If the amount of st you lose is relatively small and the amount of aoe you gain is relatively big, you'd probably go for that.

I'm having a bit of trouble with my damage in M+
currently hitting around 85-93 key% though i am seeing on most logs that reap the storm is quite far ahead of raging blow.
However my reap the storm is consistently lower, not by alot though. But i cant work out why, unless just unlucky on proc?

Likely not starting every pack with BS and or spamming raging blow to much so you’re missing out on a lot of BS cdr through out the course of a dungeon

The 4pc fix buffs our damage significantly it did not make it so we blindly spam raging blow and not consider the rest of the prio

It’s easy to farm a giga overall in a key that’s easy for you everywhere else just go “did I time the key yes or no” good enough
