honestly in pugs I feel like im walking on egg shells as a hunter....its hard to dps sometimes as you dont heal passively through damage like most melee so cant really make many mistakes, and you need "setup" to do big dps, your aoe stun is a trap with travel time that then takes 0.5secs or so to trigger, etc etc

basically in M+ you want to focus on staying enraged, have meat cleaver active when using abilities.... and spam the ever loving christ out of raging blow in AoE after you have overwhelmed stacks on the pack

so if you can save a bladestorm for the start of a new pack

Question about Execute, the priority list shows that I should execute either at 2 or more stacks of Marked or 2 sudden death stacks. The execute WA doesn't play any noises at 2 sudden death stacks. Should I not be using if I ONLY have 2 sudden death stacks?

I downloaded it a few weeks ago so I assume it's fine. It only plays the cash sound if I have 3 stacks of Marked. I've setup my own WA that yells at me during 2 sudden death or 2 Marked. Is that right? Also, when I'm RB spamming after bladestorm, if I still have RB stacks to go, do I let enrage fall and then Rampage or stop at 0 seconds left at enrage?
