Isn't that the first boss? You guys progging it on mythic right now how you getting stat checked in heroic. If there's a reasonable shield it always worth to pick up wrecking. Only things you dropping for it is utilitie. Ppl aren't grabbing it cuz it's just heroic/normal so who cares and or most ppl in normal and heroic just copy paste wowhead builds or previously logged builds so it's just blind leading blind moment

I dont think this is happening enough to be a concern. You might get 1 global non enraged every once in a while. And usually this will be as bladestorm ends. So the only time you need to care is when you are going to bladestorm. And just rampage before you send it to solve the problem.
Outside bladestorm you will be rampaging enough to be 100% enrage by just keepign things on cooldown
And regardless the whole point is we dont have anything complex compared to many other classes. Even more so this season with the weakauras not being needed as the general priority list overwrites the weakauras anyway

With set pieces it is still optimal to care about when to execute but not nearly as important as it was last season. I dont know the exact numbers but I saw others saying it was ~2% difference to just send it

The way i see it, you send 4 set week 1 for 1 of 2 reasons.
- Youre a RWF guild or HoF guild (very very few of us are this)
- Your dopamine receptors are fried snd you need to see number go big fast.
Anything can happen vault 1. If you get a myth track weapon you almost always take it and then you can send 4 set on yoir hero track items. In this situation you p much lose nothing. If you get a giga trinket you can take that and do the same as above, or of you see a myth track piece of armor that is worth taking (cause it drops way late in the mythic raid) you can take that.
Last season i didnt get either of those so i took myth track armor and catalyzed it. Sometimes unlucky but at least i saved my catalysts. If you wait what do you lose? Like 4 days of slightly faster m+, being higher up on the meters of week 1 heroic bosses, and a small amount of dopamine.

Depends on your guild. A myth catalyst piece isnt a major upgrade and mid level CE guilds usually struggle a bit on getting week 1 aotc. And or a couple early mythic bosses down. That 4pc gain on a lot of people adds up.

It's genuinely one of the easier specs to pick up right next to BM. Part of the reason why it's so popular. You can learn it well enough is less than an hour. Press CDs on CDs keep generators on CD and spend holy power at 5 and that's the core gameplay of ret. Doesn't really change much from tier to tier.
