fury got a 8% nerf and now they tuned it to 3% dmg nerf, and they sell it as a " buff" . its still a total nerf of 3% in Objective Sight of today.

it’s just been at -8 since they crippled fury in s1 I assume but have since targeted many actual abilities getting buffed instead of reverting some of the aura buff
