The things I stated weren’t directly stuns, yes, but there is a stun totem that I believe better than shockwave. Hunter’s knock-up trap, although not a stun, might as well work the same way as shockwave. They also have intimidate which can arguably be better than stormbolt in certain situations. We also have no kind of soft CC like- again, Imprison which is on a class that has Darkness, an arguably better Rally.

This was not the point of my original comment, though, so I’m not really gonna go further into this. Someone is refuting a small aside that doesn’t fully affect the bigger statement.

Doubt it, seems unnecessary. There's not really much of a point to it to begin with, unless we're talking pushing for Allstars and in that case, there's still Belt iLvL and another 3% coming up that will bridge whatever perceived difference was created by the Belt between this week and last week. It's like week 2 of the current partition and nothing usually matters all that much until the last week to two before the partition ends (that's when you want to go balls to the walls, if you were going for it).
