I can do 4-5m or 3-4m in the same dung, just based on the rest of the team and how pulls are being done.

Just focus on improving each run with your team. Don't worry too much about your "dps" as long your basics are down.

Technically the correct answer is to use another filler (generally RB, sometimes BT depending on crit %) if you're between 80 and 100 rage

But during reck and BL you gain rage so fast that in practice it's probably better to just rampage asap
