I was doing a key with my outlaw mate and while crying the whole way along i was also cooking in the brain to see EXACTLY how good outlaw was V fury and came up with this:

Outlaw V Fury:

Assume similar single target DPS, both classes use ST with splash damage as main damage source. To simulate a 5 target scenario (main target + 4 mobs)
Outlaw has to press a "no damage" button every ~20s to activate its cleave, which is 60% damage against 4 targets
Fury has to press a "no damage" button every 5 globals to activate its cleave, which is 55% damage against 4 targets

Assume GCD is ~1s and each ST ability hits for 1million damage, using a 20s timer as the largest common denominator:
Outlaw = 19m ST damage (losing ONE global to activate cleave) + 60% * 4 targets * 19m = 19 + 45.6 = 64.6m damage over 20s
Fury = 15m ST damage (losing FIVE globals to activate cleave) + 55% * 4 targets * 15m = 15 + 33 = 48m damage over 20s

Therefore making outlaw 1.346x as good as fury at 5 targets by my maths

This was then backed up by Raidbots 5target sustained sim at 33% and obviously given we are hardcapped the differential will only rise beyond that so at 8 targets it's at 43%

Meanwhile, Blizzard be like: "We are happy with how warriors are performing in general..."

Kezan has it's full potential in 6min+ fights and house of cards is really only good for burst dmg. Locknstalk is also only good for pure ST. Pacemaker is decent all around, energy drink is pretty strong in every content however. Delve trink you really want most likely is mechano-core amplifier

If you don't raid myth you should most likely not bother with kezan unless you can chain pull throughout a whole key
