our entire talent tree is built around RB and BT, not execute. Execute doesn't have actually good nodes that we dont already take so it just ends up being shit even with the hero talent existing
and the issue is that the hero talents don't give us a reason to click execute more often, they only give us a reason to weave in execute every now and then

For me i dont like VC on fights where you have to swap targets. Also Cshb sometimes goes to 2 targets but if you target swap you CAN proc on multiple targets. Im just wondering. i have great haste and mastery. I dont really think i need the haste from VC - worth placing it else where???? and target swaping?

Melee barrels will probably evaporate regardless - you could make a point that arms suffers less from target swapping if melee need to help out with loner barrels, but that's a bit overcooked imo
