love when some 3500 tank goes and wants to do some 17+ routes.

we had this paladin go all the way to the first boss clearing normally > proceeds to skip the first boss and go past it to keep clearing which im guessing its to wait for lust or something ( 7 minutes cd left ) so i continue with him. the druid healer is rushing to catch up. tank goes and jumps into a pack does nout put a single agro skill besides concentration and proceeds to go to the next pack. healer rips agro with healing him and gets killed then everyone dies. tank proceeds to berate us for not interrupting and im here standing trying not to die from laughter when we could have just done this 10 like normal human beings and +2ed it.

Ascendance would push the crafted weapon over but with double thread it does indeed look equal.
The crafted weapon would give you all the time damage while bis damage would be higher in its buff uptime and slightly lower when outside it.

This is not an easy question to answer as there doesn't appear to be any specific rule banning them from use. The closest rule that might apply is "Players cannot use buffs / consumables that wouldn’t be available to their composition once the match starts." However, players can port to Valdrakken and use the vendors etc. there to craft the potion in bulk. Thus technically meaning that it is "available".

It has been alleged that other teams asked about the potion and they were told no. So that might be the reason behind it. However, if this is the case then a message should have been sent to all the teams and the rules should have been updated.

So all in all its a mess...

However we have things like vengeful retreat that can be animation cancelled with meta etc. under lust or just high haste the spam is real.
