unless you see something obviously wrong, there's no reason to assume anything is broken - that's almost always the result of user error
the reason I suggest piecemealing sims is because it cuts down on unnecessary combinations (meaning it won't take as long) and because it becomes infinitely easier to troubleshoot when something does go wrong
- you don't need to replace every gem or enchant when you're just trying to check adding gems to a new ring
- you don't need to run high crit gems when you know you're using Vers/Haste/Mastery
- you don't need to run combinations of every item upgrading and gems, when you know you're going to upgrade everything regardless - just upgrade and then run gems separately

Good fury’s/arms make tanks feel that way because they’re usually in the tanks pocket and interrupting/stunning stuff and always keeping uptime. Imo.
