The truth is that the game has changed quite a bit since Cataclysm, and I'm just getting used to the character again. In this patch, I'm already gearing up in real time, but I see that I'm below the damage I should be doing in M+. With the latest update, the LORD OF THE MOUNTAIN has been changed to ASSASSIN, and the stats have changed, and here I am seeing different tests among the TOP players. Maybe I'm on the wrong track, but right now I have 57% mastery, 27% celebrity, 11% versatility, and 10% critical. If anyone can help me get back into the warrior role, I'd be happy to hear it. There are times where I’ll either be moving for a mechanic or am paying attention to something else and I’ll be hitting Raging Blow and run out of charges. I won’t notice until I press the key again and am like “oh I didn’t do the thing”. Is there a way to make a macro that will use raging blow and if it can’t cast it, it will use Bloodthirst?

I know its a joke and the gcd increase makes it not work but it would be amusing if you could add /cast 1 button to the bottom of every ability and if that ability doesnt work then it does 1 button for a single gcd while you are reacting.
Actually thinking about it briefly it could do something? No idea how it works in practice though. Wouldnt having a single 0.3 gcd penalty on a rotational helper be a dps increase over missing a full global manually cause of movement or a mistake during play?

Yeah couple uses. I tend to use it as a minor tank defensive when I see them get chunked to 10% or so. Or on group aoe to give the healer a little cushion. But overall its pretty minor since it doesnt scale for 5 man content
And you never know if it actually helped or not.

the TLDR on jails is that you need people to go inside to split the damage, interrupt the add, and kill it in a reasonable timeframe
- killing it too soon isn't really a problem, but you can't be targeted by ice lances while inside, so you either want to kill it early enough that you have time to position or after ice lances have already targeted other players
- otherwise, you're just interrupting and killing the add so that Mugz doesn't get buffed
