I've always played prot warrior and this season i wanted to try some dps too. Ive looked at the stats for warrior and its basically easier for me to gravitate towards arms since theyre performing better in raid from what ive seen. Also prot and arms share stats.
The thing is, I dont mind playing arms since it has some nice animations and flourish with the weapon, but i love fury(Titans Grip) so, could u guys help me a bit? is fury performing better in M+? or is arms the king in every aspect right now?

Arms and Fury are both very close right now - there are a couple of raid fights which softly favor Arms, but the majority are Fury; that said, Arms still competes very well on the majority of them

Mythic+ is a little more circumstantial - Arms has better sustained multitarget, which can often lead to better DPS numbers (cause trash is the majority of combat), but Fury has better prio/boss damage and still enjoys greater survivability; which is "better" may be a matter of group comp, preference, or opinion, but both are well represented among the top Warrior key pushers, and both are plenty good enough for weekly 10s

I did, but I have maximum crafted weapon with Ascendance and wrist with Nerubian embelishment, off hand is Best in Slots. Maybe if I had 2 versa embelish, sim result would be different. Not sure why best in slots sims so much better then myth track weapon.

A) make sure you're setting up the weapon sim correctly, because it's very common for people to mess it up and then not understand why they got the result they did

yeah tbh I dont play at the highest lvl as dps, Im a main tank, im not gonna do mythic raiding as dps, nor keys above 10-11. But its always nice to have availability for some 10s and heroic raiding. But ive heard arms was more "durable" due to Die by the sword having less CD.
But i guess it doesnt matter since im not gonna die easily in a 10-11 (unless I eat every single swirl/frontal in the game and that would kill me as arms anyways)

Die by the Sword can be a strong defensive tool under the right circumstances, but it is highly circumstantial - you can't parry everything, and there's a good chance that the tank dying is going to cause problems even if you do happen to live longer thanks to the parry

it might save a situation once in awhile, but it also precludes using your major defensive CD for more regular high damage situations, so it really is a double edged sword (that you die by)

for the other vast majority of situations though, Enraged Regeneration is just a better defensive cooldown in general, and Fury also enjoys better passive damage reduction and self-healing

The only thing i dont like about fury RN (Note that im a complete noob at fury) is that now we run anger management, and since reck cds gets shortened, now it desyncs with avatar. (I know it sounds like a first world problem, but i liked it when you just press the magic macro and it all happened at the same time, and u didnt have to think about saving or using reck again)

I was doing that with fury, just quickly activated deff stance and ER. That was not only situation for me Fury in this season, low key felt like off tank in some moments, I had situations where tank died even on 12 and I was able to keep myself up with heals until he got CR even against multiple mobs, fury is generally hard to kill this season.

You're already on the "lower" side of haste, and it would drop another 4k haste if you switch, so doesn't sound all that wrong according to napkin math.
For me, one of the few necks that could replace your old one, was the cinderbrew one, which is also haste heavy

I've got the heroic strapped Rescue-keg and Emberbrand Zweihander already. In the vault I have the same things but myth-track, the 2 hander sword is a clear winner from sim but not BIS and the neck will be harder to obtain so not sure what to take.

do you have the option to craft a weapon? if so, I'd take the neck

neck is far more difficult to get, since there are only 2 in m+ and the other one is crit/vers

alternatively a neck craft isnt a bad option either, you should factor that in too

But keep in mind, you only want to do this when it makes sense

Some fights, like on Rik, you want to instantly send your Rampage for CDR
