best advice I can give is run the raid as many times as you can - alt runs, pug runs, LFR if you have to; doesn't matter if you're loot locked or not, the point is to get comfortable and familiar with the bosses

on top of that, don't worry about damage at all, damage will come with practice and comfort, but it is always secondary to surviving - you can't do dam if you're dead

Low ranked guilds always have a problem with that second part in particular; these guilds are full of people who are either drunk, stoned, or lost in their own world while playing - they miss calls, forget mechanics, hyper focus on dam, whatever

Than going from mythic mh to ascend oh
