If there isn't a change I am unaware of, you don't want to press execute. You want to press Raging Blow instead. Execute you are forced to press. By the conditionals or you not having anything else to press.

when we did that on mythic, we had an amazing rogue that would either top or be near top on the meters always....but he couldnt do the flying at all....so if he didnt get a taxi he would always die on the flying phase.....
