Reap is all RNG, if you remember to BT on CD when there are 4 or more targets.
If Reap doesn't proc during your storm, it loses a ton of value as that is when there is pad to hit. If you also got bad RNG it really stings.

If I BT on CD religiously reap will be between 4-8% based on RNG. If pulls are giga all the time value rises a bit, but still quite bad.

Just don't worry about it beyond, bt on CD and 🙏

@edgy widget hey so, in your guide, you prioritize whirlwind over enrage in your multi target opener but in the rotation thing you prioritize enrage over whirlwind. post opener against multi target if I run into the situation where I am not enraged and have no more whirlwind, which should I cast, rampage or whirlwind?

I would think whirlwind cuz you'd want rampage to cleave cuz it does a lot of damage

it's a toss up - cleaving Rampage sounds better, but the extra time you're taking in unhasted GCDs is also worse
however, the odds of that ever happening (without Reck/Ava being available) are rather low

The reason you WW first on the pull is because you can cast WW mid-charge, saving you about half a GCDs worth of time
