It really is not that big of a deal

• kick the only cast that isn't Enfeebling (the name changes between P1 and 2)
• use OF (w/ Titan's Torment) as soon as Enfeebling hits you to insta-clear it. You can also start running away as soon as the cast starts and charge back to clear it as Slayer, but the timing isn't 100%
• save Avatar/Bladestorm/etc for egg spawns
• save Heroic Leap to quickly get out of bad overlaps (frontal at egg), then just charge back to it
• in P2, you'll also periodically circle strafe to avoid spikes on the ground

I've had similar results with both around 12/13 on PTR Gears, colossus arms is far better in big pulls with lower boss/prio, and thane fury is more consistent, better in smaller pulls, and better boss/prio
