yes in this current iteration of RA you do not care about overcapping rage, rampage is a means to generate your empowered spells

if you still have empowered spells to press you should press them before rampaging

tbh even though MT is good, I personally hate it, it feels like even though we have shortish cooldowns, we still can't adapt to what happens in future pulls.
