In most cases, you didn't actually lose an item. You simply lost it to another guy. If the guy selling the item wasnt there, someone else who needed that item would've done that roll in their place. Only difference, seller gave you a chance to buy it.
Remove the chance to sell it, and you would just have people rolling either way as long as the system allows it.

Solution tho? Don't PuG and expect privelege, nor that anyone will care about you the individual. If you want that, you need to network, make friends, join a guild - play with someone that do care.

currently ravager is better than bladestorm in the most used m+ build (mountain thane) because ravager and bladestorm will give you bonus thunderblast procs, while you already have 2 thunderblast procs. You want to spend them as much as possible so ravager ends up beating bladestorm, cuz u cant cast during bladestorm. Bladestorm was better beginning of season because we played slayer in most keys. Slayer prefers bladestorm because it simply does more damage and you're not required to cast anything else while bladestorming in that hero talent spec.
