Well, I am playing slayer to my detriment, because I enjoy it. That kinda answers that.
At my range, 14s, it is totally fine - as you can see, I keep up with the "competition" either way

At your range, +5, play whatever you feel is fun yourself

Thane is generally more output potential; if you dont really go all out burst window like Ihave
