my guild is not of the calliber where testing bosses on PTR is a must, especially since we prog mostly using strats that NA lay out for the early bosses and then whichever strat is better for the later bosses, and i don't want to invest time and effort into testing overseas NA servers with 200-400+ ping for design feedback i just could not be bothered with putting into readable text, much less if people that are better than me and care more than me are already doing this

@frank dawn Sorry for tag but I saw your post regarding Execute on the forums and I agree. Something egregious is also the fact that none of the passive buffs are buffing Execute and instead Raging Blow (Slayer's Malice), like why? Wouldn't it be better if Execute was on there

And obviously, Slaughtering Strikes being procced by Execute is very nice, slightly buffed to compensate for the lower frequency of Execute hits
