From personal experience, you can pick whatever you want of the two

While PE should be better for burst AoE, I've gotten single digit ranks on Ansurek with FE simply because I wanted to make my CDR more consistent, and it also just felt better

It's typically also a fairly even split between PE and FE in top 100 parses on most, if not all, fights

Hello friends, I had a quick question. Attached is a screenshot of what my Luxthos looks like. It tracks how much % is on Bloodcraze (Raging Blow increases the crit strike chance of your next Bloodthirst by 15% until it critically strikes, stacking up to 5 times). I like this in that it implies I should be holding Bloodthirst until it can crit and I should keep spamming raging blow. However I'm reading in the talent tree that I also have Slaughtering Strikes (Raging Blow causes esvery strike of your next Rampage to deal an additional 20% damage, stacking up to 5 times). Is Luxthos not tracking it because you should prioritize rage dumping vs holding rampage until you hit 3-4 times of Raging Blow?
