I'll tell you what it is. This is my theory
Not only did he buy a mythic raid boost, but also a logs run, where they get a lot of priest/evo to boost dps.
And he chose remote play, because you CANNOT play with CN as US, and even if he used a VPN it's more than 200ms, and you cannot parse and play even with that ping.
And with 4 power infusions and 3 evo buffs, it was easy for that booster to get that log.

And honestly, warcraftlogs should just remove that log because it is stupid, and also against TOS of Blizzard... Account Sharing.

it's 700 usd for a mythic full raid boost. so it's 700 usd + the logs boost which is 450 iirc, almost 1500 on an account and score, he never touched
