You can use that macro but remove spear since it always comes after a rampage (reck/ava do not enrage on ST) so you need to Charge -> Macro -> Rampage -> Spear -> Bladestorm etc. on single target.
Whirlwind is only used when you run out of ww cleave stacks or as a filler ability when nothing else is available. Odyn's fury also does the same effect if you are running titanic rage.
