You should never have to rely on brann to dispel you. You can charge / interrupt every cast.

His dispell is just for a "ahh poo, I messed up" moment.

general question. I know that execute is a low prio to other actions (unless circumstances like 3x marked for execution) does that change if i'm lagging behind a bit on bladestorm reset. Would you recommend then to execute a bit more to line up bladestorm with cooldowns reset? sometimes i'm ready to prop by cooldowns but notice i still have a few more secs until bladestorm is up. is it recommended to just wait a bit or am i not hitting execute enough?
