I know you can bladestorm it, I think leap works too but I've personally never tried - you die at the end of the debuff though, which would normally be cleared by talkin to the dude and getting flown back up

Thane is nice cuz it's kinda "even prio", stay enraged, send CB>BB, TB is basically equal so anytime, then ramp again and continue
Thane also means you don't have to really think to cleave because it's part of the rotation
