Used them both and I recently swapped from Frenzied to Powerful enrage, because it simmed soooooo much higher. So there are many variations. With OF you have that slight dps boost in AoE but lose in ST. I think Crit simmed it and 2 Vicious Contempt vs OF vs OF Titanic rage -> OF 0.7% less and OF with Titanic was 1.7% less

Yeah well with how CD’s play, you use it on the big pack before the blocked door, then kill the pack blocking the door and have it for that big guy so you send it. There’s no other way unless the way from 1st boss to 2nd is handled differently
