sort of a tossup, 626 transmitter is like 6k worse than 639 mark for me so i just use mark

but if you have more baseline mastery for example the amount mark gives you just isnt as good so w/e but at that small of a difference its kinda just what you want to use

I guess at this point Sikran neck would only be to save crests, but Trailspinner will be better. Looking at your stats you're pretty low on mastery and Sikran would make you lose quite some of it. Depends on your crest situation then, I would go for Trailspinner unless you are capped with crests and have other items to upgrade
