Main things that you should do after popping your cds is:

1. Have bloodbath up (used rampage) the latest 2 seconds after you pressed ravager
2. Have at max 1 stack of Thunder Blast (so click it at least once) not later than 2 secs after pressing ravager
3. Let ravager consume bloodbath stacks

So what happens is, at around 2 seconds after laying down ravager it will cast bloodthirst/bloodbath. Of course you want to have it be bloodbath for more dps and you don't want to have 2 thunder blast stacks, so they don't go to waste
Optimally you need to cast rampage after you see bloodbath is consumed so you have it for the next tick (it happens around every 2 seconds I believe), ravager casts bloodthirst/bloodbath for you 3 times
Basically you just reck+ava+dragon's roar, thunder blast (depending on your haste, if you can put 2 casts in 2 seconds, doing it after ravager is fine), ravager, rampage, thunder blast -> at this point your bloodbath should be casted by ravager <- crushing blow, rampage

And so on

Bloodbath was consumed by ravager

Hence BT and not BB
