I do 1.2 mil on a boss but it dies in 8 minutes. Compated to the guy who did 900k but it dies in 6 minutes. The other guy will have a much better parse sadly.

None of those are very reliable.
Just sim normal patchwerk and adjust trinkets for biggest burst.
Or sim patchwerk 5T for varying lengths of time and turn buffs other than battle shout off.
