Anyone recommend a 'raid' 'plater' profile that uses VERY little CPU...My FPS is unplayable on Brood parasites. I have an addon that squashes the plater for the parasites but would be VERY usefull if i can remove them.

if you do that quest you'll get that runed quest which you can use to craft 619 wrists with embellishment, they'll be a significant upgrade on your current wrists. Spending the 90 gilded crests to craft 636 is generally not worth it over spending the crests elsewhere. You can start the quest from a little spider right next to the coreway in dornogal, to the left of that group of npcs

I think spear being ground targeted is counter intuitive for a fast spec like fury. Obviously it can be macro'd at target or player but that's band aid. Ideal world we should be swinging the spear around us in an arc like a mini bladestorm
