I don't know of a WA that will focus them, but you can have a macro that focuses them and marks them, this is the one I use for Ovinax worms - I think the first press will mark your mouseover/current target as focus, then second press will mark them with X (I have it on mousewheel so I just spam that mf)

Im pretty sure pre nerf world first kills have a higher damage ceiling then i do on my character right now
im only 4 Ilvls higher then their player average
becuase Roar needs to go out with Avatar
and the only reason Tblast even works is becuase its a modifier like BB/CB
otherwise you cant put 2 GCD spells in the same macro
so the only thing that macro does is first global Tblast which if you didnt Pre enrage is a damage loss
