I don't know, as a 2625 prot warrior I've never left a key. Even when I know ppl are super struggling or just don't understand the dungeon. It's annoying, but it's there key. I just feel bad for em.
Hell I was on my rat hunter alt in a 5 Siege. The tank and mage combo bricked it so bad it was almost depressing. I got on my warrior and boosted his key back to an 8.

Cooking time: Make it a vote thing. You need 2-3 people to "end" the key, if someone leave without a proper vote, the first person to leave loose rating.
Could even add more mechanics to it like if the key is ended in the first 10 min of a run, you get the same key back, and you get a do-over.
