you should use TB immediately after Avatar to get it on cooldown, and then yes - you should be using bloodbath as long as you're not capped on TBlast charges (and Unhinged isn't proccing it right now, so it's unlikley you will be)

Haste is tricky to sim because it could let you get an extra GCD in during a burst window like Ansurek transition, or get your hasted cooldown back just in time for a timed add wave. Generic patchwork sims won't catch that.

this is true, though generally speaking the majority of your damage in AoE isn't coming from GCDs anyway, and it'd be a real specific breakpoint to try to figure out where you get extra damage before adds dying (since there are more people hitting them than just you)

for that reason, it's usually better to increase the amount of damage you know you can do (the initial short burst), rather than to hope you can fit more GCDs in
