Dps is a different agme altogether, hope you have fun. learn 1 step at a time, try to make sense of the rotation so you can adapt to situations instead of getting lost when stuff gets outta control. besides your cds the basic RA rotation is mostly CB > BB > RB > BT. Everytime you rampage you CB and BB so you dont waste RA. A lot of times our rotation is a loop of rampage > cb > bb > rampage > cb > bb. Rampage is to keep rage and to give you cb and bb if you're playing RA. dont just press rampage cause you can (unless you're playing am lol)

pretty much what I've said - honestly I'm ok with Fury's burst AoE even without Reap, but losing those Reap procs also means less Overwelm stacks against any longer lived targets, and that is a nerf that the spec really doesn't need
At the very least they could buff Reap's proc rate, so that once you do manually cast Bloodthirst, you actually have a chance to stack Overwhelm before everything dies
