na, the changes look scary, but aside from nerf outrage, they frankly aren't that big for Warriors

• Odyn's Fury and Thunderous Roar (direct) damage takes a hit in larger pulls and raid fights with lots of adds; Fury is still going to be really good for Rasha'nan, Broodkeeper, and Queen, just not quite as good anymore
• vs 8 targets, OF and Roar (initial hit only) lose ~20% damage, +/- ~0.2% per target; this sounds like a lot, but OF and Roar's initial hit aren't your biggest damage contributions
• estimate ~3-5% overall damage loss on those raid fights and Mythic+, +/- depending on the size and frequency of pulls - most dungeons don't actually pull >5 targets that often, though some more than others

it's not 2% add to the stats percentage you can see on your toon inventory. it adds up to the amount of said stat. for exemple, if you have 40% of crit strike chance, it will not be 42%. Let say 40% is about 6k crit, then you will have 6,120 crit as a human thanks to this racial. (as in dragonflight, it's roughly less than 1%)
