i think this would be a good difficulty curve if mythic was flex size too, but i dont think mythic being flex is good anyway so..
but i think that blizzard believes that making early mythic bosses easier than heroic end bosses would encourage more casual heroic/aotc guilds to dip their toes in mythic. but the problem is that those heroic/aotc guilds often dont have the roster for mythic because they dont run 20 people
