Casual mythic raiding is pretty awful, you're lucky if 3/4 of the raid can do mechanics and you struggle bus your way through every encounter hoping the competent players get all the mechanics
And you have to pick from a bag of choices as to what kind of guild drama you're going to cultivate

also the egg breaks are a bit stupid on mythic but you will see it during prog sometimes you have to really hug both eggs with your egg breaking partner to break those
