What you need for most progression guilds that get CE is not orange parses, what you need is a brain to learn mechanics in 5-10 pulls, and be there every raiding day at time.
Orange parses often comes with farming reclears and not on the spot, bc first kills always tend to go south on something.

like not in a guild run all it takes is for it to drop and if you are willing to cough up some coin to whoever wins it
