I made TB's icon into WA for a neat rotation.

The corresponding WA icon is created when the TB buff is obtained, and if TC (TB) is not on cooldown or the remaining cooldown of TC is shorter than the currently in progress GCD (TC<GCD), the Glow function is activated.

2. The Glow function works when there is a TB buff and TC is not on cooldown or the remaining cooldown of TC is shorter than GCD (TC<GCD) and the Enrage buff is activated. (At this time, TC (TB) is the highest priority skill, so cast TC)

3. If there is no Enrage buff or GCD is in progress and the expiration time of the Enrage buff is shorter than GCD (Enrage<GCD), the Glow function is disabled.

think the 13th one on heroic takes you up to 30% or so total, then it like instantly jumps up to 100% on 14th ember, guaranteeing it on your 15th hc kill i believe
