Yes, the main build uses Titanic Rage; it's only 0.6% behind VC, which is a lot more than what you'll loose if you absentmindedly fuck up your CDs, it's also much easier/more consistent performance being able to immediately go into your rotation instead of triggering Enrage first

So yes, you want to prioritize Bloodthirst because of TBlast
but if you're going to cast Crushing Blow and Bloodbath anyway, you might as well push CB first and get the extra crit on BB instead of the other way around

Also depends on the tank spec itself. You have to know what the threat generators and big CDs on those tanks are so that you know it’s safe to pop after you see those get used

there is no such thing as a BiS list really. your equipped items greatly impact what items will sim best. always sim yourself if in doubt

Slayer bursts harder still for the add spawns. Raid adds die in seconds, so you wanna burst em with Slayer still. MT is more of a sustained cleave option, so it's probably alright to use in Silken Court. Also Slayer is still better ST
