More AoE Nerfs on the PTR

• Odyn's Fury and Thunderous Roar are now soft capped at 5 targets instead of 8 for no apparent reason.
• The notes also state Warbringer is reduced, thoug probably means Warbreaker, however no change has been found in datamining yet.
• The rest of the PTR spell changes, including -3% Fury aura, are already live.
  Basically the change is meant to address how "snipey" Fury is in raid - amounting to ~20% less damage dealt by Odyn's Fury and Thunderous Roar vs 10 targets (Rasha'nan), or a ~4% drop in overall sustained performance (Mythic+). This isn't crippling, but it is an odd nerf when other classes have better single target, 5 target, and higher but slower burst all at the same time. -Archimtiros

Fury seems to be nerfed because it can attack enemies with low health in an instant, such as OF and Bladestorm.
(In Korea, this type is called 'Eat Watermelon Fast.' It's not welcomed by other teammates lol)
Then, it should be adjusted to lower this instant DPS, but it seems that the nerf is lowering the overall DPS.

All Fury players here know. We have reck+ava+roar+bladestorm, which is strong for a moment, but it becomes weak if the battle time with the enemy exceeds 20 seconds.

Especially in M+, when there is no strong CD, there are times when it comes to DPS similar to a tank.

Now, if the instant AoE DPS also decreases due to the nerf, what is the advantage of fury?
Even the st DPS is low compared to other classes.
