It's unfortunate that there's no nerf news, but please solve my curiosity.
I've been thinking about mt apl for a few days now.

The mt rotation in revvez(maxroll) method prioritizes BB and Execute(MfE) over CB.
However, this resulted in lower DPS than the basic apl in DS and various fight type MT(3~8 target) simulations.

However, revvez is such an excellent player and I've seen many people doing rotations in a similar way.
So I wondered if there was a reason why this wasn't discovered in simulations, and while beating up target dummies, I suddenly thought that it might be to maintain the Overwhelmed debuff and create a debuff for a new target.

If you proceed with the rotation as the existing apl, if you're unlucky, there are cases where the Overwhelmed debuff isn't maintained.
So I was thinking that maybe we should do a rotation that prioritizes casting BB's RtS and Execute. Is this correct?

So the short version is that prioritizing BB gambles on Reap procs, which is a gamble that may pay off vs short lived targets, whereas CB is more consistent/long term damage; realistically +1% increased damage from an Overwhelm stack is very little, particularly when the targets don't live very long anyway

Also worth noting that unless there are significantly more than 5 targets, CB does more significantly damage than Reap anyway
