You need the enchanted crests. Buy the crest required from the enchanting vendor then get an enchantor enchant it and use it in the craft afterwards

You want to send your first AJ exe when you are at 2 stacks of the mark, or you reach 2 stacks of jugg. After that you want to send exe before AJ falls off (why you float a stack) or as you hit two SD procs, or if you got 3 marks to consume.
If you want to, you can send exe at the end of every rotation and with some luck you get ok value. But with none of the consideration of it. Just know it can roll bad RNG more easily

IMHO It's really hard to decide whether someone will perf in a key. This season there are quite a few bosses/trash packs that require following tactics otherwise the whole group is in danger. I'd really want to see how many keys got timed in a specific dungeon this season rather than care about Rio or highest key.
For example I took in a Priest for C.O.T +7 while they only timed +3 max. But they knew how to do all tactics and it went ultra fine.

-roar is on the GCD, so if u are pressing this macro between GCDs then its going to cast everything except for roar. if u want to cast it with roar u need to use it when GCD is up.
-spear is also on the GCD, so it probably shouldn't be part of this macro in the first place. if u are talented into spear, even if u use this when the GCD is up, its still never going to cast roar because spear already hit the GCD

as a general rule of thumb its CB > BB > ramp > execute but theres conditionals that change that priority. I would recommend reading the maxroll or wowhead guides for a more thorough understanding of the basics and then come back if you have any questions

So from what im reading i should go for arakara trinket before 4set bonus from vault? Got 2/6 hero arakara in vault as well as a tier piece which will give me 4set if i use the catalyst, but the 4th setbonus isnt that good as it seems?

The counter argument to that is you can farm a hero track sacbrood
It's guaranteed if you just run enough keys
If it were myth track, that's a different story, but for just hero track you can just lock yourself in ara kara prison and get it eventually
If none of the pieces in your vault are myth track or rare drops, I'd personally go with either what gives you the highest immediate dps gain, or will be replaced the latest
