And yes you can wait till after raid to pick your vault if you want to

I think the main key to both rotations is whether to prioritize CB or BB.
For a fair comparison, both APLs have 3 stacks of MfE debuff or 1 stack of Sudden Death buff and set Execute as the highest priority when the buff expires.
The results were subtle, but the default apl was higher (3 to 8 targets in addition to DS simulation, etc.)
Still, I've seen many Fury players make a lot of rotations that prioritize BBs over CBs.
Are there any other special reasons that cannot be determined through simulation?
