You don't want to delay BS since it has a CDR component to it, so using it asap (unless you want to line it up with something) means you maximise the CDR value

Again what I said above still applies. BS is such high priority to send asap, because not only does it do a lot of damage, it also has CDR to it which means that you can quickly end up losing a cast by delaying it depending on your RNG and kill time

Quick question about rotation I know we prioritise crushing blow most outside of cooldown and three stacks marked for execute. So in my avatar and recklessness window I’m casting R,CB but from the charge l have enough to r again into CB then I would BB. So I’m trying to get out as many crushing blows as possible whilst not using every BB. Is this the play or are we meant to use every empowered cast of CB and BB before refreshing it with rampage?
