I don't know actual figures but armor mitigation is likely worth more than flat stamina. Plus talent preferences.

Similar can be said for avoidance. The mitigation is likely more rewarding during a raid setting than healing recieved from leech off our attacks.

I doubt even the top guilds on server are worrying about this.
